Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues in fast-paced data center environment.
- Troubleshoot technical support for basic website and email functions in our hosting Environments.
- Troubleshoot customers’ technical issues over the phone, tickets and another two channels (Skype & Telegram).
- Offer solutions to customer in a clear and concise manner.
- Be helpful and patient in directing customers to self-help solutions through our support portals.
- Provide a positive customer experience and de-escalate through empathy and care when dealing with customers.
- Monitor real-time dashboards and respond accordingly, escalating to Managers when needed.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows server experience.
- Basic knowledge of server hardware, networking, backup/restore.
- Has a firm understanding of open source software as WordPress, Joomla, etc.
- Skills and experience with cPanel/WHM and Plesk control panel.
- Able to quickly and efficiently handle web hosting related issues such as DNS, FTP, PHP-based errors, etc.
- Knowledge of Apache, MySQL, PHP (LAMP).
- Basic familiarity with setting up POP/IMAP clients (MS Outlook, Thunderbird, etc).
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
- Strong English is preferred & Bahasa.
- Good communication skills with customers.
- Requires to work hours outside of the typical office hours.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome.
